Galeria Carles Tach

Miguel Ángel Campano

For the occasion of the sixth edition of the Barcelona Gallery Weekend, Galeria Carles Taché is pleased to announce the opening of ‘Miguel Campano Black and White’.
Always unconventional and contested, the exhibition shows its most radical stage of rupture: his painting turns into black and white that began in 1991.
Miguel Ángel Campano received the National Arts Prize in 1996 and his great retrospective at El Palacio Velázquez in Madrid in 1999 was the confirmation of its relevance within the Spanish contemporary art scene.

Carles Taché Gallery with the exhibition ‘Miguel Ángel Campano in Black and White’ wanted to continue the tribute made last year by the Museo Nacional Artes Plásticas Reina Sofía (Madrid) and soon at EsBaluard (Palma de Mallorca)
